Montecito Country Kitchen - Ecole de Cuisine specializes in cooking classes based on the foods of Provence and the Mediterranean.
During the cooking classes, students cook a 3 or 4 course meal together and then enjoy the fruits of their labor as we sit down to lunch togther. Wines are paired with each meal. Every class is unique as menus are not repeated.
